• 4 KW bottom heating element which is completely covered to protect against damage
• 1 KW with low wattage top element for superior heat distribution
• Heavy duty chrome racks with 5 position adjustment
• Five surface porcelain oven interior
• Oven thermostat controls, 200°-500° F

Hot Plate Elements

• 9″ solid hot plate elements, 2 KW each

Griddle

• Highly polished 3/4” thick griddle plate with 3” wide grease trough
• Electronic thermostat every 12”
• Grease pan

Convection Oven (Optional)

• 2 Speed, ½ HP motor
• 3 Heavy duty chrome racks with 5 position adjustment
• High and low fan switch
