The Cambro PR59500151 peg rack design allows the user to wash various size plates, bowls, trays, plate covers and other items. Standard peg racks are available in a 9 x 9 or a 5 x 9 configuration. Open end tray racks hold up to nine cafeteria trays or full-size sheet pans with easy placement and removal of any length tray.
