Features

• Softech™ Control Board: This is the primary control system in many Taylor soft-serve machines, utilizing a microprocessor to measure product viscosity and maintain a consistent quality. It manages the beater motor, refrigeration, and fan operations.
• Interface Control Board: This board acts as the user interface, allowing the operator to adjust settings like viscosity, mix temperature, and “standby” mode for safe overnight storage.
• Power Board: This component handles the power distribution to the machine’s various motors, compressors, and fans.
