Chopping between 60 and 65 lb. of meat per minute, this unit accommodates either fresh or tempered frozen meat to offer versatility to your operation and to provide quality results for all products. Its innovative alloy steel stay-sharp knife and plates require resharpening much less than those made of carbon steel; however, when resharpening is needed, the plates will withstand more resharpening than standard plates.
