The Sub-equip CSSU-48 is a 48-inch commercial sandwich and salad prep table. It combines a refrigerated storage base with a top-mounted ingredient rail, making it an all-in-one workstation for assembling fresh food.

- Capacity & Top Layout: The standard top accommodates 12 x 1/6 size pans for ingredients. The “Mega Top” version (CSSU-48M) adds an extra row, holding up to 18 pans.
- Prep Surface: Features a full-length, removable high-density plastic cutting board for slicing and assembly.
- Advanced Engineering: Built with a single bent-tube condenser with only two welding joints, significantly reducing the risk of refrigerant leaks compared to multi-joint designs.
- Temperature Control: Maintains a range of 1°C to 4°C (33°F to 40°F) via an electronic thermostat and digital LED display.
- Industrial Build: Features a 430 stainless steel exterior and a high-sanitation 304 stainless steel interior.
- Operational Ease: Dual self-closing swing doors include a 90° stay-open mode for efficient restocking.
- Maintenance: Integrated auto-defrost and auto-evaporation systems prevent condensation without needing a floor drain.
