Description 

Unlike the floating upper wheel assembly, the lower wheel shaft handles the heavy mechanical load of the motor belt drive. The lower assembly consists of a structural aluminum cap that is externally threaded to screw tightly over the main lower bearing housing. It houses a heavy-duty, internal elastomeric oil seal. Together, these pieces isolate the machine’s primary drive bearings from food particles and heavy-pressure washdowns.

  • Integrated Seal Cradle: The center of the cap functions as a secure machined nesting seat for the double-lip grease seal.
