Description 

The Traulsen Blue Coil Temperature Sensor is a critical diagnostic component used in commercial freezers to monitor the evaporator coil temperature. It primarily functions as a defrost termination sensor, signaling the control board when the coil has reached a high enough temperature (typically 45°F) to safely end the defrost cycle.
