Description:

The Crathco Dispenser Valve with O-Ring (Part #1010A) is a weighted mechanical component used to control the flow of beverages in Crathco “Bubbler” units. It is specifically designed to fit into the bowl’s dispensing hole and seal against the bottom to prevent drips and leaks.

Features: 

• Weighted Design: The valve relies on its own weight to press the o-ring down into the bowl’s hole, creating a positive shut-off without the need for complex mechanical springs.
• Replaceable O-Ring: The assembly uses a small rubber or silicone o-ring (typically Part #1012) that acts as the primary seal. This is a common wear part that can be replaced individually to stop leaks.
• Food-Grade Materials: Manufactured from industrial-grade, BPA-free plastics and FDA-grade silicone or rubber to ensure safety and resistance to fruit juice acidity.
• Tool-Free Maintenance: The valve is designed to be dropped into place manually. It can be easily lifted out during daily cleaning cycles for sanitization.
• Handle Integration: It slots directly into the dispensing handle (Part #1153 or similar), moving up and down as the operator pulls the lever to dispense the drink.
