Description 

The Controller / PCB Main Board serves as the central processing brain of a commercial ice machine. It monitors inputs from safety switches such as the Ice Full Sensor / Microswitch) and systematically directs electrical power to the compressor, water inlet valves, harvest solenoids, and fan motors to manage the ice production cycle.

• On-Board Diagnostic LED Array: Displays real-time system status codes, error alerts, and diagnostic fault patterns to streamline field troubleshooting.
• Integrated Relay Controls: High-capacity, board-mounted heavy-duty relays safely switch high-amperage AC loads like compressors and water pumps.
• Conformal Protective Coating: The circuit board architecture is dipped in an anti-moisture, insulating seal coat to prevent corrosion and short circuits from machine condensation.
• Low-Voltage Sensor Interface: Utilizes dedicated low-current DC terminal tracks to safely read inputs from the bin-control microswitch, thermistors, and water level sensors.
