Features

• Made from high-grade, food-safe polymer/plastic to maximize scraping efficiency and prevent damage to the freezing cylinder.
• “Knife Style” blades are typically used on pump-style machines (e.g., C706, C708) and require replacement if any nicks or wear are present.
• “Shoe Style” blades are used on gravity-fed machines (e.g., C707, C709). Worn “shoe style” blades will allow the beater assembly to move around loosely in the cylinder.
