• Insulated and non-insulated proofing cabinets are available in full, 3/4, half and undercounter size models constructed of aluminum
• Full size AED models are extra deep at 39″ to accommodate pans and screens
• Universal extruded pan supports will accommodate a wide variety of pans and screens
• Clear Lexan doors with heavy-duty hinges and positive closing latches with full perimeter gaskets
• User-friendly, bottom mounted controls feature independent heat and humidity adjustment
• Temperature range from 60° to 120°F (16° to 49°C) while the water reservoir holds up to 5 quarts (4.7 liters)
• BevLes “cast-in” humidity system prevents element burnout while providing added safety for the operator
• Self-draining feature for excess moisture collection below the cabinet
• Equipped with heavy duty plate swivel casters with 5″ (127mm.) neoprene wheels, two with locks
