Designed to work with a 30 qt. bowl on your Hobart HL300 and HL400 all-purpose Legacy mixers, this EDDOUGH-HL30AL aluminum “ED” dough hook folds and stretches even the thickest pizza dough, bread dough, and more! This product’s recommended setting is first and second speeds for 3-speed mixers.
